Free Sanitization Services
We provide free sanitization services for both inside and outside of the products, including disinfection and polishing with hot water at 170 degrees without chemicals for customers renting our cookware.
Ownership After Lease Term
After the lease term ends, the cookware will become your property.

Customers will receive a complimentary month of rent for the final month of the lease term.

Customers will receive 24/7 technical support from our team of experts throughout the rental period.

Customers will receive free cleaning and maintenance services every 6 months throughout the rental period.

Customers will own the cookware after the rental period ends.
Early Contract Termination

In the event that a customer does not rent the equipment for the full lease term, they must pay a penalty fee of 30% of the remaining rental fees and return the product to the company. If the customer finds a transferee to continue maintaining the contract, they will not have to pay the penalty and will be refunded their deposit.

During the rental period, if customers wish to purchase the rented equipment, they must pay the full investment cost of 34,700,000 VND for the 12-piece set and 69,500,000 VND for the 22-piece set.
